FREMONT, CA: Corporate wellness program provider WellRight announced the launch of a dedicated COVID-19 program to support customers' most valuable resource during COVID-19–their employees. In light of the recent change to work and home environments, it has become increasingly important for employees to stay connected and engaged. The new program provides valuable resources to help organizations navigate these challenging times.

The company's 90-day COVID-19 wellness program focuses on the four dimensions of well-being that can help the most in these stressful times—emotional, social, physical, and occupational.

The 90-day wellness program includes activities like Healthy Dose, which limits daily news intake, Coffee Break for virtual breaks with a coworker, and Get Out, which involves a 10-minute walk. The program also a Daily Plan which allows users to create a to-do list. The program is easy to implement and is available at no cost for customers.
