Travelex, with the help of Workday HCM has moved its portfolio from 26 separate systems to one unified cloud application; placed thousands of formerly paper-based transactions into the cloud; and reduced its business processes from 2,100 to 180. This helps the HR team to reduce burden of administrative tasks and helps them in focusing their attention towards talent management, performance management, and workforce optimization.

Also the HR team of Travelex plans to offer businessmen a new insight into the cost, capacity, capability, and quality of their workforce through the analytics capability of Workday. More than 5,500 Travelex employees across 12 countries are now using Workday self-service capabilities to manage personal data.
