FREMONT, CA: Enterprise solution provider for Continuous Performance Management with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Betterworks, is set to bring its OKR technology to the South American sports and entertainment giant Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E). SS&E is the owner and operator of the San Antonio Spurs (NBA), San Antonio Rampage (AHL), Austin Spurs (NBA G League), San Antonio FC (USL Championship). The company also controls the day to day operations of the AT&T Center and Toyota Field. The new partnership with Betterworks will help SS&E roll out OKRs and continuous performance conversations to its staff of more than 400 full-time employees.
