SAN FRANCISCO, CA: Newton, a provider of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software for small and medium-sized employers has unveiled its latest interview scheduling tools to its existing customers. The tools comprise email platforms like Outlook/Exchange and Google’s Gmail.
The tool gets the details from interviewers’ corporate calendars in real-time and helps its users to assemble all interview teams and look for the availability from a single screen. It also helps the users to send their interview invitations and customize email templates so as to provide the interviews their resume and all the necessary documents for scheduling interviews. When schedulers are finished sending the invitations, smart alerts are easily configured to warn interview schedulers if an interviewer has not confirmed an interview or needs to reschedule.
