Netigate Becomes Finalist in 2020 Stevie Awards For Sales & Customer Service

Netigate's submission for Customer Service Department of the Year focused on three main areas viz. the feedback statistics the team has had over the last year, the launch and development of an online Success Center in three languages, and the restructuring of the support team.

FREMONT, CA: Netigate, a Stockholm-based online survey platform company, was named as Finalist in the Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software - 100 or More Employees category in the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service (category). This ensures that the company will ultimately be a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award winner in the program.

The final awards will be awarded during a gala banquet on Friday, February 28, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. More than 600 professionals from across the globe are expected to attend. Stevie Awards organizes several of the world's leading business award shows including the prestigious International Business Awards and the Stevie Awards for Great Employers.

More than 2,600 nominations from 48 nations and organizations of all sizes and industries were evaluated in this year's competition. More than 180 professionals from around the world, working in seven specialized judging committees,  gave scores to determine the finalists. Entries were considered in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Award for Innovation in Customer Service, Contact Center of the Year, and Customer Service Department of the Year.
