Netigate adds a new Feather in its Cap by Winning "Silver Stevie® Award

FREMONT, CA: Netigate, one of the leading European providers for online surveys and feedback management was named as a Silver Stevie® winner at the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service under the category: Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software – 100 or More Employees category.

Founded in 2005 in Stockholm, Sweden, Netigate primarily focuses on the areas of customer surveys, employee feedback, and market research. The SaaS company’s customer base includes international companies and industries of all sizes, including Spotify, DB Schenker, Vodafone, Continental, and EnBW, and has offices in Frankfurt and Oslo.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, including the prestigious International Business Awards® and the Stevie Awards for Great Employers.

Netigate was the only Swedish company nominated in the awards and before announcing a Silver Stevie® winner. The category had around 40 companies competing, which included companies such as Kaspersky, Loopio, and Mailchimp, among others.

The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. More than 600 executives from the USA and several other nations attended.
