Therefore, walking away from machine learning in favor of logical reasoning is risky. Furthermore, the recruitment functionalities ultimately bury deeper individuals unconscious biases, making it very hard to detect.  

The Case for Algorithms

Humans get tired and sidetracked, but there are no limitations or synthetically embedded computerized algorithms. Logically proving its consistency, mathematical models perform rules created for AI-powered platforms.
