FREMONT, CA: Hiretual, the leading AI-powered recruitment software, closed $13 million in Series B financing.
The round was led by Oceanpine Capital, bringing its total funding to $23 million. With over 100,000 recruiters utilizing the platform, Hiretual will be scaling its industry-leading AI-powered talent data system to transform talent acquisition continuously.
Established in 2015, Hiretual is the pioneer of AI-driven talent sourcing. By turning the open web into a recruiting platform that is continuously fed with fresh data, Hiretual enables businesses to cut their sourcing time by as much as 80 percent. Through integrations with over 90 percent of ATS providers in American and European markets, it is a talent data center that allows businesses to make the most informed hiring decisions while shortening the hiring cycle and reducing talent acquisition costs.

The launch of Hiretual TalentFusion this year introduced a network of deep two-way ATS integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Taleo, IBM Kenexa, and more to support high-volume hiring by top enterprises. Through these partnerships, Hiretual's AI engine builds a loop of candidate data that is constantly aggregated, cleaned as well as updated within the hiring tech stack.
