The creator of Account Experience category, CustomerGauge, closed its funding round with Riverside Acceleration Capital (RAC).

FREMONT, CA: The creator of the Account Experience category, CustomerGauge, closed its funding round with Riverside Acceleration Capital (RAC). The latest funding will be redirected to fuel CustomerGauge's operations and aggressive global expansion for the account experience category among B2B businesses. The terms of the deal were not disclosed yet.

The Account Experience solution of CustomerGauge excels at aggregating feedback and signals at the account level and distributing this information in real-time to the front line employees so that businesses can proactively retain and develop accounts faster. Account Experience also diminishes the guessing work out of the experience ROI equation by linking directly to all metrics and sentiments to revenue, and in turn, increasing the buy-in from c-suite that ensures a long-term program success and cultural transformation.

CustomerGauge is designed from the ground up to suit the needs of much complex B2B business environment and power brands like DHL, Xerox, Anheuser-Busch, H&R Block, Kaspersky, Electrolux, and Culligan.
