Keeler brings a wealth of operational and organizational leadership experience at large and small companies, including within the relocation industry, to the growing firm.

Keeler is an effective leader who combines knowledge of strategic objectives and operational delivery with projecting, monitoring, and communicating measurable results. In the new role, Keeler’s responsibilities will include directing the support and policy counselling for clients and their transferees, overseeing CapRelo’s home sale program and inventory, and managing the expense reimbursement and global compensation, creating operational efficiencies, and automating processes. Keeler will also serve as a liaison between the operations and finance departments.
Keeler recently served as a consultant to various companies, guiding several operational matters. Before consulting, she worked for Lexicon Relocation as senior vice president of finance, where she was responsible for three teams: Finance and Accounting, Operational Accounting, and Global Compensation Services. Keeler is credited with helping lead the company’s development during a period of exponential growth, including tripling the employee base, expanding operational capability, and designing and implementing drivers-based financial modeling.
