Fremont, CA:  Workgrid Software, provider of intelligent digital workplace solutions and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Insurance, has unveiled new and expanded integrations with leading enterprise solutions, including ServiceNow, Atlassian Jira Service Management, UKG, and Zendesk. The integrations enable businesses to further optimize employee experiences through streamlined processes, information discovery as well as the automation of tasks.

As hybrid workplaces evolve, enterprises' reliance on digital workplace solutions becomes more complex as they struggle to manage multiple applications and workflows. Employees are inundated with information, spending hours checking and managing their work, as well as locating the tools they require. This is causing significant communication and productivity issues, according to a recent Gartner survey, which found that two out of every three employees put in too much effort when using company-provided technology, wasting more than five hours per week on average. Enterprises require modern, intelligent solutions that address digital friction while also allowing employees to feel engaged and effective at work.

"The emergence of widespread hybrid work environments has changed the traditional workplace as we know it," stated Robert Ryan, Director of Product Marketing at Workgrid. "Employees today find themselves overwhelmed and fatigued from having to navigate too many applications, and organizations need tools that can increase efficiency. These latest integrations build on significant investments we are making in the platform to expand its benefits in improving the employee experience."

Integrations with UKG also include a technology partnership that enables Workgrid to be listed in their marketplace. SAP® Ariba® and SAP Fieldglass® integrations are also available in Workgrid's catalog.
