Tribridge and Rustici Partners to Gauge Learning Activities to Performance Improvement

HR Tech Outlook | Friday, November 30, 2018

TAMPA, FL: Tribridge technology services announces that it will now be offering its new and existing customers the Watershed Method, popular e-learning technology created by Rustici Software. Rustici is known for their Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM); a collection of standards and specifications for web-based e-learning. The Tribridge Human Capital Management (HCM) and Rustici teams are currently rolling out the integrated solution with worldwide jeweler PANDORA.

Using a new technology called the Tin Can API or xAPI, the Watershed method allows organizations to track learning activities anywhere they happen online, offline, simulations, in-person, games and more and see all of these activities in one central place, a Learning Record Store (LRS). Integrated with Tribridge's cloud-based AmplifyHR platform, this will provide the customers with an end-to-end solution to design, deliver and track the impact of employee's learning experiences.

"Our Watershed LRS, supported by the Watershed method, is a disruptive technology that's transforming enterprise learning," says Mike Rustici, President of Rustici Software. "AmplifyHR is designed to embrace technologies such as ours to drive greater engagement, learning and decision-making.

PANDORA jewellers, one of the first customers of Tribridge-Rustici partnership to successfully use the solution to measure how new, highly customized learning activities are impacting sales on per store/per sales associate basis. Leveraging the capabilities of AmplifyHR to develop and track learning activity across multiple sources, PANDORA will have access to unprecedented insight into which activities perk up sales performance and which do not.

"Rustici has changed the game by enabling organizations to create a clear connection between learning activities and post-learning performance," says Skip Marshall, CTO and VP of professional services, Tribridge's Human Capital Management business unit. "Tribridge AmplifyHR SM ensures that training is highly customized to precise industry, organization and individual requirements, while Rustici's solution provides clear evidence that our customer's strategic training investment is indeed paying off."
