Another one is Live video interview, which enables HRs to connect with the candidates in real-time, live. They can also record that interview and with the help of Spark Hire’s cloud-based storage solutions, they can refer back to the video interviews at any time. Collaboration tools is the another major feature, which helps them to share their thoughts on candidates and come to a conclusive decision on which candidates are best for open positions.
Apart from all these, it gives the options of shared interview, interview analytics and rejection management, where HR department can keep candidates in the loop about their status within their hiring process.
