Enspira has appointed Alan Mait as President of Search to manage the new business unit. Alan is a seasoned HR executive search leader with over 20 years of experience. He has worked in the Europe, United States, and Asia-Pacific, where he has established and managed high-performing, market-leading teams.
Mait will lead a diverse team at Enspira that includes a unique blend of leaders with extensive HR search experience and career consultants with in-depth expertise in Talent Acquisition transformation and optimization through a lens of diversity, equity, and belonging, as well as a track record of operational excellence in recruiting.
