How It Works
Rubex users simply link their Microsoft 365 Business* accounts to access Word, Excel, and PowerPoint through the interface.
Users can view, edit, and collaborate on .docx, .xlsx, or .pptx formats to be edited. Compatible documents will be automatically converted to these formats.
A Microsoft 365 icon will appear for users with write permission on the toolbar to take you to the corresponding Microsoft web apps. The first time you open the app, you will be prompted to enter your Microsoft 365 login credentials.

Multiple users with access to the document can co-author and make changes to the document simultaneously. Users will see indicators on the document displaying which users are working on the file with you.
Users can add comments to a document using Microsoft 365’s comment feature. These comments are pushed to the file’s comment section in Rubex.
Sync With Rubex
As users edit a document with Microsoft 365, the application periodically autosaves changes. These changes are reflected in the document’s version history in Rubex, which can be used to recall previous versions.
