Civica acquires Agylia to provide comprehensive learning and HR management solutions

Agylia has joined the CivicaGroup to add its learning management solutions to Civica’s range of human capital management products and services.

Founded in the UK in 2000, Agylia is a specialist digital learning company which helps organisations around the world support, develop and engage their people through innovative learning management and eLearning solutions.

Agylia adds new specialist learning management capabilities which are relevant for allCivica’s established markets. Civica’s workforce management solutions; range from recruitment, HR & Payroll to field service management, employee engagement and occupational health will be available to all of Agylia’s own customers.

Agylia currently supports learners across multiple industries with its award-winning digital learning platforms. The company has a wide, cross-sector customer base including the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, Health Education England, Deloitte, Chartered Institute of Marketing, Royal Society for Public Health, National Grid, Samaritans and Microsoft Corp.

The Agylia Learning Management System (LMS) enables the delivery of digital and blended learning experiences to employees and external audiences. Mobile learning Apps provide online and offline access. A fully integrated CPD platform allows customers to support their people with modern learning and planning, tracking and auditing. Agylia creates learning and job support content in multiple formats including video, microlearning and formal eLearning. In 2020, Agylia’s state of the art eLearning content creation services won two prestigious Brandon Hall awards.

The company recently launched Agylia Care, to support a mobile workforce of family and professional carers with clinically assured guides, videos and podcasts. With more than eight million carers in the UK, there is high demand to ensure standards of care in an environment with sustained recruiting to deal with current pressures. Available on mobile, tablet or desktop, Agylia Care covers an extended library of content for NHS Trusts, care providers and local government in areas including children’s care, dementia, mental health and support.
